What happens after a year?
Thirty days before your event data is scheduled to expire, we email you three options:
- Renew — pay another $10, keep everything for another year.
- Download — export your guest list, all responses, and any images, then let the data retire. Free.
- Let it go — ignore the email; after 30 days your data is permanently deleted. Also free.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?⌄
$10 per event, good for one full year. If you want emails to come from your own custom domain (like invites@yourfamily.com), that's an optional one-time $20 add-on. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
What if I have more than 60 guests?⌄
No limit. The $10 covers unlimited guests, unlimited AI-generated images, and unlimited reminders. We've tested with lists of several hundred.
Do guests need to install an app or create an account?⌄
No. Each guest gets a personal link in their email. One tap opens their RSVP page, they choose Yes or No, optionally leave a comment, and they're done. Works on any phone or computer.
Can I customize the invitation design?⌄
Yes. Describe the style you want (navy & cream, Star of David, specific typography, etc.) and our AI creates a custom image. Generate as many as you like and attach whichever one you love. You can also upload your own image if you already have a design.
How do I know if someone didn't receive the email?⌄
Every email is tracked. Your admin dashboard shows Sent / Delivered / Bounced for each guest in real time. If an address bounces, it's flagged in red with a one-click re-send button. Nobody accidentally gets emailed twice, and nobody is missed.
What happens to my data after the event?⌄
Your data is kept for one full year after signup. Thirty days before expiry, we email you: renew for $10, download everything as CSV + images (free), or let it retire (free). You're always in control. Nothing is ever sold.
Is this only for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs?⌄
It works great for any event — weddings, birthdays, B'nai Mitzvahs, graduations, anniversaries. The invitation design adapts to the event details you enter.
Can guests update their RSVP later?⌄
Yes. They can re-open their personal link anytime and change their answer or comment. The dashboard always shows the latest response.
Do you send reminder emails?⌄
Yes, automatically. You pick a date (usually 2-3 days before the event) and on that day we email a gentle reminder to everyone who said YES. You don't do anything — it just runs.
